Warranty Policy

Warranty Coverage

The warranty is only available to the original purchaser of the our products, including user manuals, product guides, specifications, and other services, and is not transferable to subsequent owners or other transferees. To be eligible for warranty coverage, the original purchaser must provide proof of purchase and comply with all terms and conditions specified in the warranty policy. Warranty claims made by unauthorised sellers of the product will not be accepted.


Warranty Terms and Conditions

3D Magic Printers offers a comprehensive warranty of up to 12 months on its products, based on the manufacturers guidelines and their full co-operation exclusively for all our branded hardware components, software, and firmware provided by 3D Magic Printers Consumable parts such as resin, LCD, and FEP/PFA/ACF film are not covered by the warranty. LCDs for specific products are covered under a 3-month warranty.

If defects caused by faulty materials or manufacturing processes are discovered during the warranty period, 3D magic Printers will provide warranty parts for the agreed item(s).

  1.         Warranty Coverage Limitations

    The warranty does not apply to the following:

    1. Products without solid proof of purchase.
    2. Damage caused by human factors, including but not limited to misuse, miss-installation, abuse, abnormal voltage, water, fire, transport accident, and other external causes.
    3. Damage caused by unauthorised alteration, modifications, disassembly of parts, or components not in accordance with official instructions.
    4. Damage caused by non-authorised service providers.
    5. Damage caused by operations that did not follow instructional recommendations.
    6. Damage resulting from any non-3D Magic Printers products or Technical support not supplied by 3D magic Printers technical or other support, such as assistance with “how-to” questions or inaccurate product set-up and installation.
    7. Products purchased from an unauthorised seller, illegitimate platform, or secondhand sales.
    8. Consumable parts, such as the resin, LCD, and FEP / PFA (nFEP) / ACF film, unless damage has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship.
    9. Damage resulting from reliability or compatibility issues when using unauthorised third-party parts.
